Eating healthy foods, basically. Clean eating for me is eating mostly vegetables, but also fruit, fish, Greek yogurt and small and healthy musli bars if I need to. All healthy foods in healthy amounts basically. No cookies, chocolate, candy, ice cream, cakes, fast food, milkshakes/similar drinks, sodas, energy drinks, milk and sugar in coffee/tea etc. :)
40 jumping jacks
30 crunches
20 squats
10 pushups
Burns 100 calories!
4 minutes of jumping jope
600 jumping jacks
40 squats
I’m so sick of seeing posts of a workout that takes, like, maximum 7 minutes saying it burns 100 calories. 100 calories is hard to burn. Watch your mouth (and what you put in it).
QUICK REAL* 300 CAL WORKOUT
600 Jumping Jacks
That’s it.

3,600 jumping jacks

Motivation is overrated. No amount of motivation would’ve gotten me through hours of my accounting textbook. No “vision” is enough to keep me awake til the crack of dawn on an essay that I don’t even know if the professor will check. Discipline is what determines how far you go. On those days when your cute little list of #goals and vision of yourself 5 years from now aren’t enough, discipline will pull you out of bed and get you to work. I wish I knew this in high school because I thought I couldn’t work without motivation. I wasted so much time trying to find purpose before I realized that working now, albeit blindly, will ensure that I could chase any purpose I discover in the future. Sure, motivation is crucial, but it’s not consistent. It’s not reliable. You can only rely on yourself and your grit.
You will always regret that piece of cake. That soda. Those chips.
You will never, never regret a workout. A fast. Skipping a snack. Being skinny finally.

Has anyone else noticed how, when you have a chronic condition of some kind, that there’s always the basic assumption from people around you that you’re not already doing everything you can?
It’s all about the illusion of control. People who are healthy like to believe they can always keep being healthy if they do the right things. They don’t want to think about how good people get struck with terrible circumstances for no reason. So they keep assuming that if they got sick, they could do something to make it better. And if you’re still sick, that must mean you’ve done something wrong or not done enough.
Nail. Head. The same attitude can be seen in how a lot of people talk about poverty.
